Lucid dream 31/07/2022 - Industrial pound in Capital city
Pebble’s pov
I live inside of a huge lake located in an industrial zone at the city outskirts. The lake is used as a landfill to throw away huge chunks of rocks, concrete, metal scraps, glass shards, wood, foam and plastic. It's the only place I can go because in order to be allowed to go in the city you MUST wear a hat. It is considered a symbol of citizenship, it shows that you care about the image of the city and that you are a sophisticated individual. It might seem like a strange dress code but I don't have much of a choice. The people of the city really dislike those that live in the pond so much so that if you stay above the pond people will throw items like rocks or bricks… Some hunters will even attempt to shoot us with firearms. I try to stay under water as much as I can but unfortunately I can barely breathe underwater so I have to be very careful when I go to the surface.
There are many of us living here hidden between these debris although we can't really get along with each other due to the high competition caused by the severe scarcity of food. I did manage to befriend some folks, together we searched for food but there is barely any plant life, nothing can grow because of the pollution blocking the sunlight. At this rate our only hope is for there to be organic food waste in the next pile of trash. Together with my friends we decided to make a hat so that one of us can go in the city so that we can have a better life. We searched tirelessly for the slightest scrap of fabric but somehow we found absolutely nothing. Just like food it seems to be one of these things that they are reluctant to throw away in this pond.
Cazz’s pov
No matter how hard we looked for fabric or food we couldn't find anything . The situation looked so hopeless that while they were still searching I snuck into the city and went inside of the city hall. I didn't have the fancy clothing that they wore here so I ambushed a random rich guy and robbed all of his clothing to appear normal. They have a very strict dress code! One must wear black and white clothing, there needs to be something with black and white stripes, a mandatory red accent to go with it and most importantly one must wear a hat!!! There is also make-up, one must have pale white skin with black gray or red colored cheeks and dark eyeliner on the pupils. I went into the fancy meeting amongst other high class individuals. I finally got to see a fancy city hall with my own eyes! lots of blak and red in the furniture and the place in general with golden ornaments everywhere. A lady came in front of me to start a conversation but that's when I realized that I don't actually know what city people talk about. I-i uh… I tried to act as natural as I could but I just couldn't, suddenly I heard someone shouting THIEF. I turned to the door and there was a very angry man, he only had his underwear on and that's when I realized that it was the original owner of the clothes I stole! he somehow managed to escape and now everyone knows the truth… HE kept shouting at me while all the people in the room stood speechless. a group of girls entered the room, grabbed me by the arms and dragged me away. They then locked me away… One of the heroines was upset because she knew that I just wanted to help my friends but it was my only solution due to the way things worked in the city. Her friends dismissed her saying that she was just being a little dramatic.
Whitney’s pov
Me and Pebble searched everywhere in the lake for food and fabric. All he found were small bits of rock, metal, plastic and strange ice. I found a single green leaf that I then ate. It seems like it was the only plant material that I found in this place. There is literally no way for plants to grow in this pound due to all of the pollution. I noticed that Cazz was missing… Apparently he went into the city and got arrested??? We can't just leave him behind like that, he just sacrificed himself for us and now we need to save him! Together, Pebble and I decided to make up a plan to save Cazz but unfortunately Pebble didn't feel too well since he hadn't eaten anything for so long.
I decided to go alone into the city so that he could rest. I was confronted by a group called the heroins, I fought against them but when they realized the reason why I came most of the members decided to help me. We went through the corridors of the city hall to confront the true evil behind the corruption in the city. Mr businessman, the richest man in the city, not only was he the owner of almost every factory in the city but he was also mayor. This man was as big as he was wealthy. Sitting all alone in his giant office while smoking. He wouldn't listen to any type of criticism, he didn't even care about the fact that the pollution was destroying the ecosystem and hiding the sunlight because as long as there was money there was absolutely no problems whatsoever. He eventually got tired of us and he tried to stomp us dead. We know there was only one solution to this and we then fought against him. The battle was very difficult but eventually we managed to defeat the leader and we won!
Surprisingly the people were happy that we were no longer under his tyranny. Now that there was no one because they had been in charge of the city, the heroines decided to take that rule over because they had lived there for a very long time and they knew what's best for the city. One of the first things they did was to clean up the environment and to welcome the people of the lake into the city. After that, I and Cazz went back to the lake so that we could bring Pebble to the city. I found him lying on a chunk of floating plastic, I held him up and I gave him food but he wouldn't eat. I became more worried because he hast eaten in so long, he refuses to eat and he is very sluggish. I carried him to the heroines for help, they brought me to a building for health care and they told me that the doctors will take care of him. I waited for a very long time before finally coming back to know what was happening with Pebble. I was told that he couldn't eat because ate random debris so they had to operate on him to remove it. Me and Cazz went into the hospital room to see Pebble. We were so happy that he was okay but now we didn't have to worry about living in the lake anymore.
Other stuff
Pebble was so hungry that he ate pieces of rocks and plastic to calm the feeling of starvation. He couldn't eat anything else because it was blocking his digestive tract.

To be a considered citizen you must wear a hat! It shows true dedication to the city. Those that don't wear one are considered to be outcasts. The ones that live in the water have no way to own a hat. the people of the city despite the ones that live there. Staying above the water is too dangerous because people from the city would throw items or sometimes they would try to shoot them dead. He always tries to stay underwater as

Together with his friends they were desperately looking for food but it was no use, Huge chunks of these materials were everywhere floating in the water. There was no plant growth because the sunlight was blocked by all the large smoke clouds caused by pollution. All they could do was to hope for there to be organic material for next time they would throw out waste.
